Can't put it together See the picture below.

Follow instructions. My husband is willing to divorce me. The parts don't fit. I have to go back now. Terrible experience.

Flex at 200 lbs plus

This flex problem is easily solved by adding another wooden crossbar. I wish the manufacturer would fix this issue and I would give it 5 stars.

The seat cushion became completely flat after 1 month of use.

It's not worth it. The seat cushion is completely flat after 1 month. I regret this purchase. You need to buy an extra cushion to sit on or even another chair.

Very disappointed with furniture

The cushion is dirty as old, the chair wobbled back and forth, it was very unstable and couldn't be put together, there were gaps between the pieces and the chair was short which caused leg pain Sitting caused bad shopping

Not very - furniture

Uncomfortable, butt started to hurt after an hour on it. My legs hurt and I couldn't get comfortable. It also feels fragile, like you won't move while laying on it, or looks like it's about to fall apart. I'm well under the weight limit and have double checked all the screws are tight, which doesn't make it seem any less flimsy. A little disappointed.

Wobbly - wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend, here's why: Cons: Frame wobbles side to side quite a bit no matter how tight I tighten the screws. Po and knees don't match. It flattens out and offers no cushioning. The frame was advertised as plywood, but it wasn't. This is an inexpensive pressed composite with a plywood finish. Pros: I'm 5ft 9in, 190lbs and it fits my height which is nice. The price was good but not great.

Assembly requires patience...not as easy or straight forward as the instructions seem

Designed for the home office. It's definitely handy and should get the job done. Although there are many problems with the construction. The top seat rear right screw didn't even fit! They do all the other parts and that doesn't go in... So not sure if I should worry but don't want to ask for a new one because it takes so long to assemble. Comfortable but I could imagine I would be annoyed with the choice of cover they use for the seat. Functionality: 4.5/5 Ease of assembly: 2.5/5 Security: 2/5

Absolutely normal. the best furniture

It was basically what I expected. I was happy to find an ergonomic chair that didn't cost hundreds of dollars. The instructions were a bit confusing, but maybe I was just impatient. I'm a little surprised he's mildly rickets. Even after reading the instructions and triple checking everything and making sure all the screws are in place, this chair still rocks back and forth when you shift your weight. This surprised me because all the different nuts and bolts required to assemble it led me toโ€ฆ

Good product with responsive customer service.

This is a comfortable seat that's fairly solid, although at 210 pounds I do notice a slight sideways flex or wobble. Normally this is not a problem. ASSEMBLY: Took me about 30 minutes - I have experience assembling IKEA furniture. A NOTICE. Make sure you use the flat head screwdriver to lower the small brass inserts of the screw holes UP UP so you can adjust their position by inserting the screws. It's not too heavy, only 18 screws. IN USE: Keeps the spine in a neutral position and when I raise
