It was basically what I expected. I was happy to find an ergonomic chair that didn't cost hundreds of dollars. The instructions were a bit confusing, but maybe I was just impatient. I'm a little surprised he's mildly rickets. Even after reading the instructions and triple checking everything and making sure all the screws are in place, this chair still rocks back and forth when you shift your weight. This surprised me because all the different nuts and bolts required to assemble it led me to believe it would never fall apart, but it seems to me that it really can happen. Overall I'm happy with it. I can't imagine myself being much taller than 5ft 5in and it's very comfortable but it works for me.
