What a terrible chair design. I have a really hard time believing these are real reviews. The lumbar support protrudes unnaturally, leaving a 4 inch gap between your back and the chair when you try to sit up straight. It fully arches the spine and the abdomen sticks out. I bought this chair for $40-0 more than others I've seen in another store because the photo on the website implies that you can lock the backrest in 3 different angles - the picture even gives the angles in degrees. I'm starting to think that you really have to spend over $800 on a Herman Miller chair to get a good chair.
