Ergousit Ergonomic Cushion Support Executive Furniture Review

The seat is not very deep, leans forward, becomes very uncomfortable after a while, makes you lean forward. Armrests are unusable and too short/not adjustable. They're about 4 inches from where my elbows touch when I'm seated and I'm only 5ft 6in tall. The back has no lumbar support, the black plastic piece in the picture isn't touching anything so it's just a stretched mesh, no support. Not impressed, not ergonomic and not worth the price.

The item arrived in good condition. The armrests were a little tricky to assemble as it was difficult to hold the armrests at the back to connect them with the screws provided. This part of the assembly required the cooperation of two people. While functional, I'm not sure about long-term use as it's made out of hard plastic rather than a more durable material (metal). My keyboard is under the table. The lowest the chair can go is a little too high for my forearms to stay straight. I used different casters than the ones that came with the chair to avoid possible marks on the wooden floors in my office. This product has been one of my favorite Revain purchases. It was delivered very quickly and I was able to put it together in one sitting as soon as it arrived. I've rotated between different chairs during the COVID pandemic since working from home. Stop me if you've heard this before. Only twelve screws are required for complete assembly. They must match the nuts built into the chair parts. They don't fit very well. There are also four washers to keep the screws from breaking through the plastic holes. Washers do not fit in holes. Not even close. If you have four smaller washers lying around that fit the holes but aren't too small, you've got the edge. If you try to hammer the washers into the holes with a hammer, they will bend and the…

Nice chair, easy to swivel, swivel/tilt and move on casters. Two notes: 1) During assembly, the instructions attach the armrests to the seat first, then the backrest. I had to loosen the screws on the seat to easily assemble the backrest. I would suggest attaching the armrests to the backrest first, and then the armrest/backrest to the seat, but don't tighten all the screws until everything is in place. 2) I had some issues with the assembly (above) and with the lumbar support.
