These are so cute bows. They are a little smaller than I expected. They arrive in a long flat plastic bag filled with smaller plastic bags filled with bows and boxed by color. You collect these bows yourself. I've made several "draw bows" and these are by far the easiest I've tried. Simply insert the narrow ends of the ribbon into the wider ends of the ribbon and pull until the loops gather and you have a loop. Then tie off the long ends of the ribbon.
