The quality and size are generally there. This hat seems to release pills very easily, which spoils the overall look of this hat. Of course, my kids are very small and don't usually pay attention to such things, but even my daughter refuses to wear this because it's so unsightly. Otherwise it has held up well and is still suitable for #2 winter.
