Literally ONE WEEK after purchase the left earpiece stopped working! I have a black pair that I have had for 2 years and they work great and I also wanted a white pair. Now I can only use one headphone and it's VERY annoying!

They are terrible, maybe another device can work with the pairing function, even if it often breaks when using one. For the money it was worth a try, the sound is fantastic but not worth the disappointment. Can be used individually, like hands-free calling with a phone.

When I first bought them they worked fine. The sound is amazing, but pairing is EXTREMELY difficult. My husband and I tried reconnecting to my Galaxy Tab A and also tried pairing it with both of our phones. I plugged in both earbuds and they connected BUT when one earbud was plugged in it threw the audio out of the other. This happened on FOUR different devices I tried. Amazing sound quality and reliability with a truly custom fit. They are impressive for the price (and I paid $50 not $30). While there have been reports (one from a friend I encouraged to purchase, so legitimate reports) of pairs that just don't work and have been replaced/returned, apart from production quality control issues, the ones I bought (2 sets). The case is really amazing, the headphones are held in place by a fairly strong magnet, I rotated and shook them with the lid open and they didn't budge. The lid has a spring mechanism that opens and holds at the push of a button. There's a row of LEDs on the case showing the battery level and a transparent cover makes it easy to see, there's an LED ring around the earbuds to show when they're charging. At first they were ok. I read all the reviews and was impressed enough to try it. At first I had my doubts about the silicone ear tips. It turned out to be justified as I sweat them out of my ears while working out. So I bought foam inserts. This solved the problem of falling out of the ear. Type of.
