Socket me!: Tools and Equipment

I only have half of my key box left. I cut it in half and now everything fits perfectly with sockets (using the Ernst 3 system) and wrenches all in one place. Made of hard plastic. The keys sit on the grooves and don't snap into place. Easily removed. If you want to carry it in a truck or tool box, or hang it on the wall, you'll need to buy a clip-on mount. This is exactly what I wanted for my wrenches and sockets. Fits perfectly in a standard Craftsman box measuring 11" x 22" x 2".

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Socket required

Nice turnkey stand for tools and equipment

Works well Too bad the company didn't come out with a 'flipped' product where you can mount the product side by side you always see nor the fronts of the keys where dimensions are visible (this configuration is used in a smaller box where overall space is limited) Example // The first (facing up) works as intended, the keys are held with visible dimensions, facing you - the 2nd (facing down) keep the keys away from you. I also included a picture as described. I use them when the dimensions…

Doesn't hold wrenches at all

I bought this wrench because I thought I could use it to hold my bunch of keys. Sitting in a box it worked decently, but it couldn't be turned sideways to fit in extra. Placed front to back it worked well, but on the side the keys don't stay in the holder unless the box is closed carefully; Even looking from the back, a wrench or two popped out if I closed the drawer too tight. I then tried moving it to a pegboard as it has holes for hanging. Worked the wheel and it slipped, 8 keys hit the…

Garbage. DOES NOT HOLD WRENCHES - they will fall off when moved.

I tested this with a set of standard size handyman keys, the largest key in the set is 3/4". Each key is too big. 3/4 only fills the gap of the third key. Obviously the holder not designed for a key as long as the standard 3/4" key below. If you put this holder in your tool box, it is enough to open the box for the wrenches to come out of their sockets. After you hang this on the wall, the only thing that keeps the wrenches from falling off is that they're resting on the edge - if you hit them,
