It was exactly the same as the OEM and fitted. I also ordered a pallet under the DV and an alarm system so as not to risk damaging the floor. We were lucky this time.

Was a perfect replacement for the broken inlet valve on my dishwasher. I kept getting "not enough water" errors and that high-pitched noise when the dishwasher tried to add water. Replaced the intake valve with this one and everything works again.

I installed this valve shortly after it arrived. It was working fine until a week ago and needs to be replaced again. While it was relatively easy to install, I don't want to reinstall this valve every month. It still seems to open, but doesn't let enough water through to wash the dishes.

The water flow in our dishwasher has stopped, no water coming in or out. We bought this replacement part for our 6 year old Kenmore, my husband installed it and it works great except for a small squeak which hopefully will go away in time. It's all plastic, like everything else these days, so I'm not sure how long it will last. My first dishwasher lasted 32 years!
