The double-sided tape included in the set has torn. In any case, I was planning on using Velcro. This works great and you can take it off for easy washing/cleaning. We have rotating brushes and they are too wide to put next to each other. You can switch between a rotating brush, regular toothbrush, rotating brush, etc. However, I would recommend installing only 3 rotating brushes. This worked very well for me with one caveat. I received the product, looked at the adhesive and said no. Now I use binding clips to hang two tubes of toothpaste from them, along with an electric toothbrush and a regular toothbrush. I just drilled a few small pilot holes in the mounting bracket and screwed it to the wall (on top of the skin). It's not going anywhere and that's exactly what I need.
