I have used this machine several times and have had no problems! I only use bottled water in my car, so there were no off-flavors. All the drinks I made were delicious and a hit at my house! Very convenient and fast! I was surprised at how quickly this machine made espresso. Also easy to clean. I can't wait to try different drink recipes with this machine.

I received this coffee machine last week, I was stunned, it is so beautiful and trendy and it has already become a highlight. our new kitchen. Not only does it have an attractive appearance, but it also produces high-quality espresso with incredibly easy manoeuvrability. What makes it even better? It's so easy to clean. I have purchased 3-4 other espresso machines and have had issues with misleading claims. There, without pump voltage, the pumps will NOT squeeze out a double espresso and then drip, drip, drip. I was so excited to use this espresso machine. I followed the included instructions on how to run the cleaning cycle twice before using; However, the machine broke and I was unable to complete the cleaning cycle without the machine overheating. The foam pen didn't work either. I followed all the troubleshooting tips in the user manual, but nothing helped. I've taken about 6 shots so far and they've been great. Nice crema on top and the flavor is strong but not bitter. However, the machine won't let me take another shot unless I turn it off and wait 5-10 minutes. Makes serving more than one cup a bit of a hassle.
