I swapped out the first case for another black one and the result was the same: it still didn't fit. Interesting, I was just unlucky because other reviewers seem to have gotten black ones that fit well. I was going to give up this product but decided on a different color and chose grey. I'm not giving 5 stars due to the initial mistake, but I FULLY RECOMMEND because I know their customer service stands behind their products. Not very impressed because the case itself doesn't fit my iPad Air Gen 4 perfectly. Everything will be fine, but as per other reviews, some bezels around the iPad are visible. GOOD: Overall my iPad fits very snugly on the inside and I feel it provides great support and protection for the iPad. The lid snaps nicely in the front, and I like that it doesn't overflow like other cases do. THE BAD: The case's bezels are thicker than I expected and have raised edges that cause my finger to dig into it when swiping. I was hoping it would fit the screen better.
