Not very impressed because the case itself doesn't fit my iPad Air Gen 4 perfectly. Everything will be fine, but as per other reviews, some bezels around the iPad are visible. I'm sure it will do the job of protecting my iPad, but I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't fit my device well. It's only $12 though, so I can't be sure. UPDATE: The original case I received did not fit my iPad Air Gen 4 as I wrote above. After writing this review, ESR customer support contacted me a few days after I wrote this review and ended up sending me a new product. Thank you for your good customer service. The new case they sent me fits my iPad well. I think ESR can work on the consistency of their products, but it's nice to see that their customer service makes up for it.
