Just received mine - very good quality and light weight. I like that the front cover is attached with magnets and can be removed. I also like the matte hard back that gives you strong protection without being too bulky. When I get my iPad Mini 6 I will update this review if I run into any issues - other than that this case is perfect! Rating to 4 stars. The lid won't sleep/wake up the iPad. It's not a deal breaker, but it lowers my score a bit.

This is the only case that protects your iPad mini 6 from all sides. Most other cases have a large cut-out for an Apple Pencil. This case is very sturdy and looks well made. The lid is magnetic and detachable, making it convenient to hold while reading or playing games. I wish it came in more colors but definitely a 5 star case. This case is truly amazing. It's not as soft as an apple roll, but at least it's good for me. The ability to remove the front valve is very convenient! Especially with the new iPad mini 6, because you can always easily detach it and hold the tablet with one or two hands and not have to deal with the flip cover that gets in the way or bothers when you fold it. There is a small hole on the bag, just above the camera. This hole does not serve as a microphone port on the device, although it may be a structural requirement of the case. If possible, a new build of this case should close this small hole. Otherwise it's a great case that feels good in the hand. Sleep and wake modes work, but alignment needs to be accurate. This should be addressed by redesigning the case, perhaps to make platter alignment easier when attaching/detaching.
