Touchscreen issues

Breaks the touch sensitivity of my iPad Air 4 (2020), making it difficult to type and scroll efficiently. It also adds highlights. I removed it and would have preferred not to use this screen protector given the glare and touchscreen issues.

Outstanding Customer Service

Both screens didn't align properly even with the guide. There were a few bubbles that couldn't come out. I am contacting ESR for a solution. I'll update once I've decided. This is a bad screen protector at the moment unless I received a defective package. Got a full refund. Excellent ESR customer service.

Installation instructions were good but the glass is very reflective

The iPad Pro has a very good anti-reflective coating that makes it visible in direct sunlight. However, this screen protector is highly reflective and once applied, the iPad is very difficult to read in sunlight or in a brightly lit room. from day to day.

Beautiful screen protectors

This protection solved the closed camera problem caused by the case. After replacing the iPad Pro Face ID, it worked perfectly. I'll buy more if needed.
