The protective film on the screen becomes smooth! A tool designed for the screen protector makes installation easier. The protective film dampens the impact behavior somewhat. So I got the case today. I saw them on YouTube from others who recommended it. So I thought I'd give it a try! Looks good, matches the color of my iPad. I just wish the back was a little more defined so the color of the iPad could show through. But not a deal breaker. Feels nice and thin like a tome. The overall body is good, nice and durable. It turns into a triangular stand so you can view your iPad without holding it. It's also nice that it comes with a screen protector to keep the screen in good condition. The downside to this case is that the blue border it came with didn't go well with the case. At first I thought I got it wrong but I researched how to put it on but the case didn't close completely with the rim on it. Basically it does what it should. I rejected the blue border.

I had to send it back because it didn't fit even though it fits the iPad 10.9. The screen protector was too big (it wouldn't even fit in the case on its own) and the case was too small for the iPad. update it although i had a problem. This company went out of their way to contact me and ship me a new case and screen protector. If I were strict on customer service I would give them 5 stars. The new case they sent in as a replacement fits my iPad so it is now protected.
