Touching entity. Works most of the time

A cheap device that I needed quickly. I had to use a different device for the device image. Bought 2 brands. Works most of the time on Windows, but working with images in DOS is not at all comfortable. I didn't look for a replacement as I didn't want to spend time on it that I didn't have.

Achieves the fastest network speed I can get on my network

I used LAN Speed Test Lite to test the speed of this adapter on my laptop with my network. I have tested writing 500MB and 1GB files from laptop to desktop and vice versa. I get the same speeds on my laptop with this adapter as I get on my desktop computer with a hardwired network connection. Couldn't ask for more. Absolutely love it Good for computers and accessories

I was aware of the Lamtoon cables/adapters despite the silly name. I don't like that they confuse things with the Thunderbolt 3 listing as they aren't, and it's the Thunderbolt 3 interface that is backwards compatible with USB, not the other way around. :(Anyway, this uses a Realtek USB to Gigabit Ethernet bridge adapter/chip. I especially liked it on my LG Gram laptop, which only comes with a stupid 100Mb adapter (which I've never used I've used it) when I have gigabit internet I love that too
