Great for games. suitable for cables and connectors

I just bought Lego Avengers for Xbox One for my nephew and it started charging. There was a call at my door. I found the package on my doorstep, and after opening it and unplugging the cable, I connected it to the Xbox and modem. My nephew's game paused briefly while the network settings were being changed, but once that was done the download speed almost doubled. Too bad I'm on my way to work when I type this so I can't enjoy the co-op until later.

Owned since March and the cable is already bad. I didn't want to wait for a replacement from Revain so I went to Walmart.

I've had CAT cables for almost a decade and the plastic connectors usually break. This is the first time the cable has been considered faulty. I thought my modem or router was defective, but it turned out to be a cable. I would have thought the part with the fewest moving parts would be more reliable.

High quality CAT 6 Ethernet cable.

When you're maintaining a network, you'll quickly discover that you can never have enough Ethernet patch cords. While I haven't put them through rigorous dyno testing, they appear to be well built and all 5 in the kit worked with no issues. Hopefully they stand the test of time. I chose them based on the percentage of positive reviews and the reasonable price. So far, so good.

Bought to use with an RJ45 splitter for cable management

Bought to use with an RJ45 splitter which I use to run two wires from router ports through an existing Cat5 wire in the wall can. After everything worked for me, I wanted to clean the cable management. I needed shorter Cat6 patch cords instead of the old 3 foot Cat5/Cat6 cords. These 1 foot jumper wires worked and made it easy to manage the wires. It would have been nice if there was a two different color pack but these regular blues work well and lock in securely.
