Too thin to be very effective. Long thaw periods.

This is machined primarily from billet aluminum. The thicker the piece, the greater the dissipation of cold, so the thawing time for thinner pieces is much longer. This one is pretty thin. When buying, pay attention to the characteristics of thickness. I do not recommend this

Very happy that this item saves time on daily chicken breast defrosting!

This product is amazing, I tried defrosting frozen meat yesterday and it worked great! I exercise every day, so I'm very happy that I save time defrosting chicken breasts every day. This saves time in the morning and evening routine! It also keeps the kitchen clean from thawing juices! Highly recommended!

Hm. Not sure about serving ware

I've used this once and it seemed to speed things up, but it's not a miracle solution that saves dinner because the meat is still frozen. My dad is a scientist, and after a little research it seems all of these types of foods would work just as well in the defrosting department. Kinds of deli bowls, this one is pretty good. It's not thin. It's big enough to fit medium sized food trays, it's thin enough, it's easy to store, it's easy to clean. I also like the drip tray. If you want to get into…
