The mug I received was a used one with a lot of scratches on the lid. The lid is so tight that it took some effort to open it. It all looks cheap and stainless steel looks boring. refund because there are so many problems.

I've just started frying food so I need a canister to filter and reuse the oil. This one is not big. I'm not sure if the hole will be developed because it's pretty thin. The lid opens with little effort. I am blown away by this product. Photos are shown with a mug for size comparison.

Arrived with no dents or scratches on the surface. Works as it should. The bale on the screen makes it easy to remove. I wish it was available in a different finish that didn't show as many fingerprints. I'm not a fan of shiny stainless steel. Personal preference only - no knock on the product.

And now with this container I can keep my favorite vegetable juice ready for other dishes. The filter does an excellent job of filtering out dirt. Now that bottle of healthy olive oil gives the new container a nasty look, but who cares. I just have to remember to clean it every 3 months or so to keep the stock fresh and new. Yes, I'll probably die a little sooner for using all those good things, but it's worth it.

So I put my oiler on the stove to heat the oil, when I saw the smoke coming out of the so-called steel bowl, the whole house smelled it toxic fumes I just threw it away. The steel shouldn't have reacted that way at all unless it was on fire, but my oil was still solid. It's also not made in the USA. So it's difficult.
