This has nice support and is a,firmer control. It has,spaghetti straps,so nice with tank tops,sun dresses. While this product is marketed as a tummy control shapewear, it may not be effective for all body types, especially for those who carry their weight in areas other than their stomach.

I'm 5'7 and this hits me right at the pants line. Since it's so short it's constantly rolling up. It's effect but won't stay in place. Would be much better if it was longer. I'd say if you're on the shorter size, have a small torso, this product would work for you.

I am also pleased with this product. It is rather tight but I want to lose a few pounds so maybe this was the right size for me. I don't really see how you could wear a bra with it because it fits tightly across my chest. For the price I think it was a good buy.

First, definitely trust the size chart. I wear a size L shirt and a size 2XL in this shapewear tank. Having said that, this tank really does what the manufacturer says.
