I read the sizing from the drop down menu, took my measurements, and placed the order based on the seller's sizing. I read the reviews and seller responses to make sure I understood whether this product worked and was true to size. I get that some people wrote negative reviews but the positive outweighed the negative, and I know people don't always read the reviews and use accurate measurements. However, I did and this is still not at all as advertised. It is a thick camisole from the abdomen down. It did not tighten, smooth bulges, or stop belly jiggle. It did nothing except add another layer of fabric. No control. I suppose sizing down would help, but that would go against the measurement and sizing suggestions of the seller. I am 5'4" and weigh 137 with a 34" waist (midlife thickening). The XXL is doing nothing. If you are going to purchase, ignore the seller's measurements and definitely size down at least one size. The one good bit of news is that it isn't curling or riding up. Also, the part covering the bra is lightweight and doesn't squish. I wear a good bra and wasn't looking for any help up there.
