It says dogs up to 90lbs but that's definitely not true - my dog is 100lbs, Pitti/Lab mix and he was able to grab it - had to return it for a thicker cord.

So far so good for my 60 lb dog who is very strong! Recommended for anyone with a dog under 125. The clasp needs some weird greasing but works fine in the winter.

Great cable for my 15 lb Russell jack! I've bought several from the store and the clips are always so heavy! But this one is small and light, so I don't feel bad putting it on when he wants to go outside!

I was skeptical. But it's great. I do not tie my dog. That's when we go camping and I want my dog to be outside with us while we grill and relax. It's definitely durable and it's nice that it's reflective. The connections are definitely robust. Picture and description are not correct

The cable is beautiful and durable. Perfectly holds our adult pit bull. Smelled a bit when first opened but was gone in a day. Our bitch is strong, but that keeps her going. Got 40 feet. Big dog appreciated. The little caps on the clips are also great for preventing accidental ejections. They asked for a stretch rating, but this is heavy-duty, aircraft-grade steel cable that doesn't stretch.

Bought a 90 lb cord for my 40 lb dog. It hasn't been 2 weeks yet. It broke, and only the clasp hung on the collar. Failed where the loop is attached. My dog didn't chew this mount, it just broke. Luckily my dog doesn't see far and has a pretty good memory when I tempt him with a treat, but I wouldn't trust it with dogs that aren't good at obedience.

Love this patch cord! I used it on my 40lb Beagle/Blue Heeler almost every day for 3 months. Protective plastic on metal protects well against rust. I used to have this cord where my dog could get tangled, so there are a few bits on the plastic from kinking and twitching, but that hasn't happened since I removed the obstructions. My sundeck is about 20 feet diagonal and this tie makes the perfect clothesline. I tried different retractable ones but either they didn't pull it all the way and/or the case was too big and bulky.
