I like that it gives you all your files at once, rather than having to open each file individually which can be time consuming if there are many pdfs or word docs etc involved! It sometimes crashes when opening large folders of documents (and not always immediately after starting). Sometimes takes up too much RAM for my computer's memory - but this could just have been down do with me using Windows 10 OS instead 7/8 as recommended by some other users? Also would recommend getting more space…
