MUST for AVO lovers!

I basically buy them as gifts for everyone because they are so cool. First avocado preservative product I've used that works. HELPFUL AVO TIP I learned living in California: leave the pit with the avocado so it doesn't turn brown (seriously, even leave it in the guac), it helps!

Very disappointed! Best Food Storage

I placed pitted avocados face down in the Evriholder Avo Saver - Prevents avocado from spoiling - Saves money - No harsh chemicals and safe for your food - Built-in elastic band to protect yours Food. I put it in a ziplock bag. The next day the avocado was still brown. I would say it doesn't stop the avocado from flipping over. I was very disappointed. Never used again.

Not as cool as I thought. upset.

I was really looking forward to this product when I received it. While it preserves the avocado fairly well (there's a thin layer that needs to be scraped off the top), it's not surprising. It definitely "saved" my avocados better than, say, putting them in a container, but I'm very disappointed in this product for two reasons. The avocado needs to be sliced almost perfectly, which isn't my forte, so it lays flat. Otherwise, air will get in, which completely defeats the purpose of preservingโ€ฆ

They really work. - Storage and organization

I went keto and if you're on keto or know someone who is and they're telling you about it, you know we eat LOTS of avocados. I had no idea there was a successful way to keep avocados fresh until someone mentioned it on one of those Facebook groups I belong to (they can be very mean on these sites, so be tired if you ever join !). Anyway, someone suggested it and I'm very glad they did. These things are great! And you don't think you need two, but I pack my avocados with my lunch and with two Iโ€ฆ

Great concept and very effective for keeping fresh but has a major design flaw

Let me first say that I have a love/hate relationship with this avocado keeper. I cook a lot in Mexican cuisine, so having an efficient avocado holder is an absolute must. As for keeping the other half of the avocado fresh, I really haven't found anything better and I think I've tried them all! When I'm done slicing the avocado, I simply drizzle a generous amount of lemon or lime juice over the exposed avocado flesh and pit to ensure all surfaces are coated. I place it cut side down on the Avoโ€ฆ
