Excellent travel beach towel. It is very light and does not take up much space in the practical carrying case that is included. I love these towels! Ideal for drying after playing with water. However, they are not designed to keep children warm from prolonged swims in cold water. We were looking for the perfect towel for the beach, pool, camping etc. and found this one. You are perfect! At first I was looking for a typical thick and comfortable beach towel, but I noticed that they always get wet and heavy, not to mention how much space they take up. As an experiment, I bought some of these towels hoping that they would work as expected, barring the negative qualities of "thick and comfortable" towels. I was positively surprised. UPDATE: Washed for the first time yesterday after using it on the beach and trail. It was covered with mud and sand. After washing, the towel is completely dirty and cannot be washed. Love the striped pattern on both sides. They are 30 x 60 inches, which is enough to completely envelop me after I get out of the gym shower. It's also great for my 3 year old because it covers him from head to knees or below but doesn't drag on the wet floor. This was our second microfiber cloth from this company and we love it very much! I plan to buy a few more so we can each have one for the beach/camping. We have both large and extra large sizes. I really think the large is the perfect size for anything other than lying on the beach, if that is your intended use then I would suggest a very large. These towels are so cute, super absorbent and dry quickly. We also have Dock & Bay branded microfiber towels and they work just as well as name brand…
