Exhaust AUTOSAVER88 Universal Polished Stainless Review

Overall this exhaust tip is great. Solid and durable, the only downside is the paint which was peeling from the heat 3 months after installation. I took it off, smeared it with paint stripper and a new can of Rust-Oleum high-temp rattle paint. Overall I'm happy with it, it's easy to install and gives my truck a neat look.

I have a stock 2016 F150 exhaust that comes out about 3 inches and this product fits very snugly, almost doesn't even need to be screwed in, I did it anyway for extra security. I had to cut off about 2 inches of the stock exhaust so we can fit more in the car without cutting it, almost everything sticks out the side of your car.

You get what you pay for. Initially I was happy with the exhaust tip. It looked great. After 2 weeks, 75% of the black paint had already come off. Very poor quality paint was used on the top. In the end I only cleaned the leftover paint, primed it and repainted it with thermal paint. Can't complain too much because the tip was so cheap. I will not buy again.

Mounted over a factory 2013 Dodge Durango single exhaust and this tip is just about perfect for this particular application. Made of thick metal and has a beautiful finish. I wasn't expecting this to change my exhaust note as it's just a tip, but it added a very slight rumble at idle. My factory exhaust is so quiet that I can't tell a difference at any speed, but again, that wasn't the purpose of this purchase. Recommend.

I may have just received a defective product (it was a stock purchase) but one of the draw bolt brackets broke almost immediately after a short period of travel. Then today when I was backing up it fell and I drove over it. These mounts appear to be too angled for the size of the screw. Lesson learned, I won't be buying this type again even though it looks very nice. The mounting part is cheaply made for the price and doesn't seem to absorb vibration before breaking.

Installed on my Ram 1500 3.6L. The exhaust that this car has is about 2.90 inches and this one has a 3 inch inlet so it's perfect for this application. It looks great and I've washed my car about 35 times since it was installed and it looks brand new. No chips or peeling paint. This is a quality product and you can't go wrong. The clamp keeps the tip very stable, just use a wrench and make sure it's tight.

Quality was good for the price but it was very tight. However, I'm not sure if this is solely due to the product. This item has been powder coated as has the exhaust I attached to it. I had to dremel the inside of the powder coating on these tips and even then, a fairly hard hammer blow didn't go as far as I wanted. Given that you can tighten them with the clamp attached, I think they could loosen the initial tolerance a bit. Both stick out 1-2 inches at the back than I'd like, but no amount of

Okay, I installed a new exhaust system from header to tailpipe (2005 Silverado 4.3). I bought this tip for my thesis. it deepens the sound a bit, and it looks great! What kept me from getting 5 stars was having to sand the inside of the tip and the outside of the exhaust pipe. then I had to put a thick towel on the end and hit it with a hammer.
