This support was a complete waste of money .After I put it to the test at my job in the industrial and scientific field, it was clear that it did not provide any relief. It was uncomfortable to wear and did not stay in place making it difficult to use my hands effectively..

I bought a small one for my right wrist but I couldn't find one for my left wrist. When I received the small right wrist rest I found it a little tight, but I managed to adjust it just enough for it to work. After about a week, I found the left strap to be average (double the price for some reason). I ordered and received it but found it too big and really painful to wear.
