Received today, it smells like chemicals so much I'm afraid to put it in the aquarium. I soak it in water for now and hope the smell will go away because whatever is causing this smell I'm afraid it will harm my fish. The paint seems to scratch very easily, so I'm also concerned that the paint won't last very long. Although so far it looks very nice.

I read the reviews before purchasing so I knew it was a corner piece although it wasn't originally mentioned. I still put it in the middle of my tank and it looks great. I planted plants on each side to cover the undecorated areas but they are actually closer to the back. My fish love getting in and out of this item and the colors are bright and bold. Very happy with this product!

Got the lock it was very nice and worked well against our tank. I liked it because I wasn't too girly or dark and creepy. It was a good size and the holes were just right for the fish. I had to file out a few corners and edges on the inside, but that's okay. About a month after the decoration was in my aquarium, I noticed that the paint started to blister. Disappointed that we have to remove it.

The colors are much paler than in the photo. He's not light at all. I have red more burgundy. Purple is more like violet than lavender. Although the yellow color is almost right. Bought this piece about a year ago and am very happy with it. It was as bright as the picture and the holes were big enough for all my fish to swim through (holes are around 2-2.5 inches).
