poor product check before shipping to me

Received this in a torn taped box. So I had to pay an additional $19.95 to have the UPS box in the return cover. The case came upside down so it couldn't be unfolded properly to put on. There were a few tears, no straps, no ladder cover, no passthrough pocket. So unsuitable. I get a refund but still not $1995 per box. Was there a returned item that wasn't inspected before it was shipped to me?

Measure the length of your van

This trunk says it fits a 29' to 33' 5- Wheel trailer fits. I hired an RV shop to install it. My RV model number and title call it a 32 inch model. I used that when I bought it. , from the front to the back of the stairs. It measures 35 1/2 feet. They tell me it's very common. I don't seem to be able to swap out this case for a suitable one. Anyone need a case?

Do not buy if durability is what you are looking for

I have risked it and bought another one as it was described as more durable than previous models. The first started to fall apart after a year. It seems to be stronger BUT this one loses all top coat after 9 months. Customer support is missing. I called many times, they didn't answer the phone. Apparently the warranty means nothing if you can't get service on the product. I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
