I had to check the graphics card, but there was no suitable cable.

This is a great solution if your ATX power supply does not have the correct power connector for your graphics card. Just make sure your power supply matches the wattage. I used to just test and see if the card works, if it was going to be used for a long time I would consider upgrading my PSU.

Hmmm cables and connections

What does it mean, does exactly what is needed. As an IT professional, I wouldn't recommend using it with a drive. If you have a dedicated SATA cable from your PSU, I would suggest using that.

Not quite 8 ", just 7.25 "

[Pack of 3] J&D SATA 15-pin to 6-pin PCI Express (PCIe) Graphics Card Power Cable Video Adapter (8") Not quite 8"7.25" which made them too short for my application. I sent them back.
