I'm no RGB/LED expert. I wanted to spend a lot of money to install a Corsair RGB because it seemed so easy. But I remembered that my motherboard has a built-in RGB setting. They worked great on my Gigabyte Z390 Aurous Master. I wasn't expecting to like the magnet setup but I love it! I can move them to the next case or change the current setting without having to rebuild the ribbon. This LED strip is definitely worth the money and hasn't caused me any problems. I find it will fit in most cases, but I would go for full size ATX towers just to be on the safe side. I say that because it fits mine perfectly vertically (as intended I think). The magnetic backing of the strip is strong enough to hook onto the case, but I would recommend straightening the strip out of the box as it's difficult to use a twisted magnetic strip. Nice and bright, slight directional arrows, looks cleaner than clear stripes and fits well. Although generally very simple, if you mix up the controller connection with the power connectors, it can damage your circuit board or your light. Advantages: price maintenance. They are not designed to be attached with just magnets, they are not that strong. I tried 3 lamps and had to return them all. The way this thing is designed/designed is amazing. All connections are either snapped or compressed. There is a minimal chance of the product shorting out as each pin is basically protected, so it's really nice. PLEASE INSTALL IT. But yes, it has more settings than I need, which is good.
