I washed it first before using. I hung it over my white towel to dry. My towel had black from the cap.I threw it away. The cap may not be suitable for those with sensitive skin due to potential materials used!

Fits perfect however I put my hair in it I don’t even have to wrap the hair first so I loose strands fall down it holds everything in without stretching out the band. I like that it is thicker and lined in the inside for maximum protection. Also dried fast for how thick it is

i can’t complain too much about this cap, but to me it feels really big. i guess that’s not a problem if you have a lot of hair, but my hair isn’t super thick or long so there’s a ton of extra space that i don’t personally need. it keeps the water out pretty well though!

I found this to be the best shower cap. Because of the linings, it keeps the hair from frizzing. It fits snug so hair is pretty sealed. I had hair all the way down to my waist and it fit all of it perfectly sealed. Then I trimmed my hair to my shoulders and still it worked perfectly. It’s the best shower cap. I highly recommend it. Will by again when the need arises.

It's roomy and cozy except the water goes right thru to the inner liner which is absorbent microfiber. So if you are standing directly under the water It's a matter of time before your hair gets wet. I was letting the hot water ease my sore neck and my hair got wet.

I have very long, healthy hair. I use this in the shower when I don't want to wash my hair. I love the terry cloth on the inside because I can put my wet hair in the cap and not get my pillow soaking wet. Very happy and highly recommend!

Believe it or not we use this as a rear media cover in our car. The screens don’t detach and we didn’t want them to get scratched. They work great! Good quality

Works great, but I can tell the outer layer can get a bit waterlogged if I take a long shower, especially if I'm in a rain shower where the cap is constantly under the water stream.My hair doesn't generally get wet due to the inner towel layer, but I do need to let it dry out before I use it again.Still great cap, and at a great price too

If you don’t wash your hair everyday, you need this. I can’t believe it has taken me this long to use one of these shower caps. Great quality. My hair doesn’t get any water or even steam in the shower. Definitely recommend

I needed an XL shower cap because I have a lot of hair and wear it in a pineapple at night. I usual use 2 shower caps that are now worn out so I was looking for something rather larger. This is not it. Same size as regular shower cap with a Terry cloth lining. Not worth it.

I think my head is an average size but water still manages to get in under this at the edges. I don’t know if it’s not tight enough or if it’s because the elastic band is not fully waterproof.

A shower cap that isn’t waterproof? Why bother! There is a great comfortable terry kiner, but that (and my hair) became soaking wet in the shower!
