Absolute junk, don't buy it!

Attempting to pump used motor oil that was around 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Finally managed to pump a little over two gallons, but it took about 30 minutes. After that the pump stopped working completely. The suction line is tight and tight, the pressure line is also clean. Lots of power in AGM battery, 13.1 VDC. This is the stuff Revain shouldn't be selling. I would come back but it's not worth my time and effort. Absolutely useless garbage.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons

I have no idea what works and what doesn't.

I only bought this pump to refill a limited amount of oil from my sump (2003 Silverado 2500 HD with 6.0 liter engine). Problem, suction hose, #1. NOT WORKING IN CASE NOT going into the oil pan (there is a constriction at the bottom of the oil tube) #2. Siphon hose (pump side), the tube itself doesn't even get close to my oil pan I have a very long oil dipstick tube (actually if you look at the probe itself) there is an extension cord welded to it.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Weight

weak motor pump in engine parts

I first used this product on my 2003 FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR and noticed that the motor pump was weak when pumping the engine oil out of my car. It took me 30 minutes to pump 4 liters of old oil out of my car leaving 2 liters of oil in my sump. I had to use the old way to remove the oil, then I had to remove the oil filter. that was no fun. Mind you, I had to place the pump in a different location on my car just to pump 4 liters of oil. There's no point in continuing to use the…
