I was skeptical at first but once installed I was impressed

After reading numerous reviews from people who have had trouble activating the left trigger with a magnet using their left thumb I have my opinion changed about this purchase. However, I wanted to mod my Xbox One controller (with Bluetooth) and despite the bad reviews, decided to give it a try. Installation took less than 5 minutes to replace sticks and dpad. I tried my Xbox One S controller after a simple game controller settings panel mod and a quick test with two games (RDR2 and Jump Force)โ€ฆ

Great quality at a low price

This product turned out to be quite good quality. I am satisfied, especially the price. The sticks are slightly less sticky than the original. To fix this I ran a lighter over it very quickly a few times to soften it up a bit and get what I like. That's why I like it. I can adjust it to like the sticky/tacky feel.

Good but activates left trigger in some games (Xbox One S Controller)

Although these mini sticks are quite comfortable to use and aesthetically pleasing, I ended up returning them. Two reasons: 1) They weren't impressively different from stock. Personally, I did not find any particular differences in them. 2) In some FPS games, the magnet in the left joystick activated the left trigger (regardless of the joystick installed, without pressing it). They're fine for some games, but those wanting a rough Xbox One S controller switch to Elite can choose something else.

In general everything is perfect, the d-pad and the right joystick are also perfect.

Overall it's perfect, the D-pad and right stick are as perfect as can be. However, when you use it for the left stick it doesn't work, at least not on mine. The parts here are way too magnetized, and for those of you who don't know, the triggers on the controller have magnets, and if you drop them you touch the other one, which tells the board to aim in that case . But with a piece so magnetized, I kept aiming. (Although I'd rate this higher, I've had major issues with Amazon customer serviceโ€ฆ

Not worth the trouble.

Too thick, bad magnets result in sloppy and unpredictable perception. I would easily pay 2x more for what this kit is aimed at if there were tighter tolerances and better overall quality. Due to the lack of magnetic force, the sticks would rattle and fall out when the controller was shaken. Due to the thickness of the sticks, the range of motion seemed less than the original PS4 sticks. Finally, there is some sort of protective disc that needs to be removed to complete the installation, but asโ€ฆ
