Works but fits stove top and grill

Stabilizer arms are uneven. The lighter function is very reliable and easy to start. The gas valve also works as it should, but I have to constantly worry about my dishes tipping over and spilling boiling water every time my water boils. It's odd how the arms are straight when in the ready position but so obviously crooked when in the ready position.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Great price for camping

What a nice compact stove at a very reasonable price. I have a few other Kastking items as another reviewer said and that was the reason I chose this one over other cheap camping stoves that I wasn't aware of the brand - I'm not saying it's better, But I chose what I knew I tested boiling water very quickly so I am happy with the purchase and can't wait to use it on my camping trip.

Decent first stove in camping stoves

Bought this on Prime Day because of the price. Consider that if it breaks, it will not be a great loss. I don't see it though because it's very well built. Everything feels solid and it performs like a champ. Big solid flame and it heats water in no time! It's worth buying even at the regular price. Update 10/2021: I took this stove on a hike 3 times and the igniter stopped working. Now I light it up with a lighter. Shit, but what do you expect for $12?

Pros
  • Sturdy construction

  • Expensive

Worth every penny: Camp Kitchen

bought this to use in place of my jetboil as it has fold out pot holders, for the money you can't go wrong, great as a base stove or just minus there no heat/wind protection but with some aluminum foil and a few holes for ventilation you'll be fine! Used this for a week camping in Maine, brewing coffee with it and cooking pasta. I will say that this is a very targeted source of flame/heat so you need to keep an eye on it or you will burn everything you cook except boiling water. Just drop it…

So tiny! but it works great!

Used this on my last hike and it works great. I lent it to my friends and they liked it too. It packs virtually nothing and will screw on propane/butane canisters from several different manufacturers without leaking. It was easy to adjust the flame and turn the gas on and off. I've found that buying a canister base (another small item that doesn't matter much) adds some stability to the setup. This is definitely not a stove you want kids to get close to as it would be easy to knock over a pot…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Has imperfections

Small, reliable, durable stove for hikes and emergencies

Love this stove! Bought two to ensure reliability on a couple's summer 2021 road trip to Sedona, Arizona; Grand Canyon and Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. In Zion we stayed in a village hut that had no stove; microwave only. We used this stove for about 8 nights and packed it up after each of our 2 meals a day we cooked. It self-ignites with a built-in mini spark device. easy. Many heating levels, with adjustable (attached) knob. It's all one piece so there's nothing to lose (except the…
