I bought several of these for travel and keep one in each suitcase so I don't forget to take them with me. atomic bomb. The case is really thick! I'm only giving it four stars because the clip mechanism is so springy that it makes a loud CLAP every time you close the case and I'm afraid I'll either get a finger. I've caught or ruined some of my glasses when they stick out and I accidentally close them. You really should loosen it up a bit.

Edit 7/14/2013: I'm taking two more stars off my rating because at only 7 months this thing is starting to go bad and falling apart ! "Insert", for lack of a better term, begins to tear at the hinge area between the two halves. The hinge still seems to work well, but in my opinion a product like this starts to fall apart after just half a year of light to moderate use. I will definitely not be buying any more of these.
