EYEGUARD Readers Magnifying Spectacles Cosmetic Review

While this is a makeup reader, we found it perfect for another purpose. In the weeks following my wife's cataract surgery in one eye and prior to surgery in the other eye, she was not allowed to have corrections made in the operated eye, but still required augmentation in the other eye. These glasses were the perfect solution and cute too. The real deal that allows her to read between transactions.

This is a great product and I'm glad I bought it. Great value as you get two. The design is ONE lender that you move from eye to eye as needed, which is perfect for me as my eyes are 2 completely different recipes! I can see with my left eye closed to put on makeup, but with my right eye closed I can't see at all! But if I had lenses in both eyes it would be even worse because it means too much to my right eye. These glasses are a good idea and I wish they worked better for me. I really wanted them to work because after my cataract surgery my near vision became very blurry. I think the reason why the glasses didn't work the way I hoped is because of my makeup method. I had to adjust my eyeliner and mascara to the bottom of my eyes and found it difficult to maneuver the applicators over the bottom bridge of my glasses.
