My son is 5 years old and this fits him perfectly! It's smaller than I expected which is good, my son didn't need a big necklace. Seems to be quite durable, he wore it every day and it's holding up. The chain runs through the top of the cross which is good, it seems to hold tighter than the hoop that connects it to the chain.

We bought for one of two crosses this year as part of our son's Easter gifts. At almost 4 years old he begins to want to know more about Jesus when he sees me and my father going into our war room, praying and reading our Bibles. Our son kept saying he wanted "Jesus necklaces like mom and dad". It's just perfect and very similar to what his father had. We all loved it!
