it was really useless. Once you've set up the heart rate monitor, it will only show your heart rate for a few minutes and then you'll have to repeat the steps again.

Item was ordered as new but the paper packaging was already torn on the inside. The chest strap was already frayed. Couldn't connect it. Very little support information. It just doesn't work. To return

When I first received this watch, the heart rate monitor stopped working after 15 minutes. Everything else worked fine. So I send it back and it is quickly replaced by the seller. I got a second one and the same thing happened. So I threw it in the trash can. But on a whim I dug it out of the trash and asked the jeweler to change the battery in the watch. Since then it's been working great. Considering the price I can only recommend this watch.

6/18/21 Watch and bracelet won't connect. If I hold the watch about 2 inches away from the bracelet, the phone will display the heart rate. If I stretch my arm out, for example with an elliptical trainer with arms, the signal is lost. Any distance of 3 inches or more will result in a loss of communication between the watch and the bracelet. I have sent an email to Ezon Support but have not received a reply. The next step is to return the item and get a refund. Lindy Newton

The heart rate monitor must display the heart rate. This thing displays it for about 30 seconds, then it disappears and all you see is a dash on the dial, although it's still connected and counting. If you click a few buttons, you'll see your bet again, then it'll disappear again. I put in a new battery, assuming it might be dead since it didn't have a connector latch, but that didn't help. It's garbage. Don't waste your time.

I held my wrist close to the chest strap to turn on the HRM. Then I went with him on the wrist. The wrist doesn't seem to be close enough to the chest strap. When I raised my wrist to check for a pulse, it came loose. Did it several times. If I held it right in front of the chest strap, it was fine. SO >>>>>> DO NOT buy this to walk, hike, run. You will lose the HRM signal when your wrist is at your side. May be fine on a bike or trainer if wrist is straight and centered.

Revain does not appear to verify the accuracy or factuality of third party providers. This watch says bluetooth and has a bluetooth sticker on the chest strap but nothing is bluetooth, neither the watch nor the chest strap. The chest strap is very difficult to connect to the watch and once connected the dose does not stay connected. I'm an engineer so I checked with my Bluetooth development tools why this is happening. No Bluetooth signals at all, even though the bracelet is transmitting…

I read all the other reviews and was hesitant to get the monitor/watch. For me it's just great. Both the watch and the monitor strap have replaceable batteries. I had to pull out a magnifying glass to read the manual. It took me a few minutes to understand the function of each button. But the time and other settings were easily established. I put on the chest strap and pressed the pairing button. He mated immediately. Nice big display to see in the sun and good button backlighting for the dark.
