And there's very little neck support, even after the extra padding has been deployed as instructed. I wake up with a sore throat. Abandoned after the 3rd painful morning. Urghh!

This pillow is amazing! I sleep better than before. I use it where the thick part supports my neck. Surprisingly the pillows created a crease in the middle of my left eyebrow because I sleep on my stomach. I've been using this pillow for about a week and the line is gone! Amazing pillow! I confess that I bought this pillow for the anti-wrinkle benefits. However, I've had two surgeries on my spine (cervical spine) and have become a pillow snob in the last 10 years. Most pillows I've bought cause neck pain. This pillow was perfect! It's durable and has enough support that I don't wake up with a sore neck or neck cramps! I will have no pain and wrinkles!

I got this pillow from a pre-opened Amazon specialty store so it had no indication. So maybe I'm not sleeping properly on it. but my neck and back hurt more than before when I woke up. The pillow is incredibly hard and it takes forever for me to fall asleep as I am constantly adjusting and trying to position my ear in the right place. It came with cotton to adjust but I don't know what and how to adjust. any advice?

This cushion appears to be well made; However, the ear holes are too far from the edges of the pillow for me. The pillow is too hard and too high for me. When I slept on my side, my face was still wrinkled and since the ear holes are where they are, my ear was still on the pillow itself. My ears hurt trying to snuggle up on this pillow sleep. A very uncomfortable pillow for me. Unfortunately I am returning. I really wanted to like this pillow.
