this is the second cracked in a row. It's like the icing looks terrible and obviously the quality control is terrible. So I spend more time sending another one and my printer and ribbon back what a nightmare. I would choose this mug over any other. if you want to see pictures in my other review of this item.

This is a good gag gift. It doesn't come with an outer box so I can understand why there are so many reviews saying it arrived broken. Not sure if it's constructed that way but as you can see from the photos assuming it's cracked and glazed on all sides. No cracks really, but looks broken. I do not recommend it for everyday use but as a fun gift. I think this serves its purpose.

Bought as a gift for someone, it was well received. I noticed that there was a thin crack all over the mug, but it was only in the inner material (and it wasn't an open crack, it looked like a hair lying on the surface). The outer, transparent "frosting" layer was intact, so the mug held the liquid well.

While this mug is fun and just the perfect gift for a white elephant, my problem is that it's full of ceramic cracks! I mean cracks are everywhere. I'm afraid to pour hot liquids or drinks inside. As it stands, it doesn't suit me. I definitely don't want a coffee mug full of cracks! I'm stuck trying to find another last minute gift. I will return this mug.

Well, I ordered this honey soon for my birthday. We love our mug collection and with our shared sense of humor I knew it would be appropriate. Much more than I expected which is great too. Unfortunately it had cracks like it's going to break any moment if you look at it the wrong way. I'm afraid if I pour a hot drink in it the mug will end. Will be sending it back and hopefully get one with no tear lines. I would send a photo but I can't take a photo to show how many cracks it has.
