Description of Faith Self Testing Tamper Resitant Receptacle Indicator

To ensure continuous protection against ground faults, the GFCI outlet conducts automatic self-tests every 2.5 hours. In the event of a ground fault, this GFCI will cut off power in 1/40 of a second. Tamper-resistant shutter safety mechanism blocks access to power unless a plug is inserted, providing an extra layer of safety in households with children. LED indicator light turns off if the outlet is not receiving power, is broken, or if the GFCI receptacle is at end-of-life. Meets or exceeds UL943 2015 standards. Compliant with National Electric Code (NEC) requirements. ETL Listed. Terminals allow for easy wiring options – back and side wire capable. Included components: (1) 15 amp TR GFCI outlet, wall plate, (2) screws, installation manual, stickers. Backed by a one year warranty.

This is poor quality control.

Scrap out of the box. A screw was missing from one of the wired inputs. I tried removing the screw from the replaced GFCI and couldn't get them to work even though they are the same size. Also comes with (1) screw to fix socket in box instead of (2) as required. This (1) screw was loosened in the box. Quality control nightmare. definitely POS. I can't get this to work.
