I bought these because my granddaughter touched an old corded outlet and it was no longer being used. It's a lot easier than running to the store to buy one or two.

For sealing unused communication wall sockets (ethernet/coax/telephone lines). I run cables in several places, but I don't use them all. I just wanted a cheap (inexpensive) solution that would match the white paneling that all the rooms have. It helps. Good price compared to buying them individually.

Good quality plastic, keeps its 'strength' designation if screwed in too tight - easy to do when it's about 1/16th inches tall. higher / thicker than standard. It screws in normally but leaves a noticeable gap over the bushing itself. Purely cosmetic, but could have been avoided if they were made to standard.

I've just done a major interior paint job and wanted new white panel covers to replace the yellowed old ones. They were exactly what I needed!
