False advertising

Bought these to replace 20 amp sockets as stated in the description, they are also 20 amp. As soon as I received them I inspected them and found they were 15 amps. waste of time.

Pros
  • Electrician
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Low quality. Dangerous?

Poor quality. Maybe dangerous. Poor design makes it easy for the wires to slip out, even when attached very tightly. Other brands don't. More and more of these outlets are using designs that feel gross at best... and dangerous at worst. I am sorry. We love most products and aren't picky. but this is very bad design and the lack of quality can be dangerous.

Pros
  • Standard sockets
Cons
  • Some bugs

They don't work: don't waste your money

The product looked good and was easy to install. However, they all blew every few hours or so and I had to reset them. You really started smoking without electricity. I needed them to work for controls and they failed. I bought Leviton from Home Depot and they worked fine. Don't waste money. Nine I replaced with Leviton (I threw away the one that exploded in smoke as it was the first to have a problem and I figured it was a coincidence).

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • I'll write later
