The hat was only slightly too small, but I suspect that that has nothing to do with the measurements the seller provided. I only had one problem with it; the inside of the hat is lined with a cloth of some sort. I'm not sure if it's linen. I was expecting it to be just straw, without the inner lining. I returned immediately. Unbelievably, the hat was delivered in a large packing envelope and in horrible condition. The envelope was squashed & had foot prints on it. Needless to say, the hat had major creases & lost its shape. The hat was not quality material.

Good looking hat! Exactly as pictured. Great fit. Arrived perfectly intact!Sadly some of the corners of the weave started to tear with the first use. Tore a little more with each use.
