Easy to assemble but doesn't require much effort. My 5 year old grandson used it to climb onto my bed and it broke. I couldn't believe it. Wood is cheap!

Simple construction and low weight – that's for sure. However, this leads to very unstable operation! You have to be very confident and careful or he will come out right under you!

The boards were warped and did not fit well together. Not sure if it's safe. Don't think it can be returned because it was assembled and you don't want it to be taken apart and possibly cause more damage.

The product arrived and I waited several days to open the package. It's impossible to collect. There were two on one side and none on the other. I would like a refund or replacement but this is not an option on the website.

I liked that the wood is of good quality but the size is larger for a child. The pre-drilled holes didn't line up so I had to drill new holes to ensure the chair assembled correctly. Not worth the price but I don't want to return it so I'm keeping it. Wouldn't recommend it.

Good product but difficult to assemble. The instructions were unclear, I enlisted the help of my engineer father to help build it. Even he had problems. After some time and some trial and error, we put it together. He is strong and very handsome.

It was easy to assemble, light weight and looked very neat. Worked fine for 3 days. Today my son who is 5 years old used it to climb onto our extra high double bed and split a support leg in half. Thought it would be great if he could handle 300 pounds. So it was a real bust.

Required a small step to get to high shelves which could stay outside and look nice. Most of the wood options I've seen are over $200 and unavailable. It was so sensible that I expected it to be brittle but found it strong and stable. Perfect solution. I would buy another one if I needed one. Was willing to reinforce it if it wasn't strong enough, but it wasn't necessary. However, read the assembly instructions carefully. There is only one way to combine correctly.

The pre-drilled holes do not match which causes the two side supports (legs) to tilt inwards at the bottom. This greatly reduces stability. In addition, the wood is incredibly soft, which causes the steps to flex slightly when you step on them. The wood also cracked on one of the supports as I hand driven the screws into the pre-drilled holes. Very important. I realize it's relatively cheap, but I'd recommend finding something better, even if you pay a little more for it.
