It was easy to figure out the setup. I wish the cables were a bit longer but I know I can get adapters if needed. The kit included a traditional charger and a cigarette lighter socket and adapters for a traditional charger (UL, EU and UK); AV, RCA/AV and DC cables. Basically you connect the charging cable to the main unit and then run the DC cable and AV cable from the main to the sub screen.
