I purchased these housewares on a tight schedule for installation. The product arrived quickly; However, the product I received is brown not black. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, my contractor installed it anyway, by attaching it to a black pole at the bottom of a 15-foot ceiling. Buyers beware of inaccurate product description!

learned the hard way that you need the entire kit as the hanger toggle ball mount is different. It would have been nice to know this before we placed our first order. Also, any part number with a "1" in front refers to 1" lower links, older models without a 1 in front of the part number refer to 3/4" lower links. ALSO would be nice to know before you order.

This product has a set screw that was clearly installed with too much torque and is made of such soft metal that it cannot be removed making installation impossible if You find a way to loosen the screw, which will break immediately. At $90 such poor quality control is unforgivable and selling such low quality for such a high price makes me feel cheated. Read this review and be careful!
