The product has stopped working and no way to contact the company

Less than 10 months later one of the adverts stopped working. The light also got darker and darker over time. The description of the guarantee says look at the company's website, but there is no website. Don't waste your time and money with this product and company.

Do you need a guarantee, what happened?

I liked the price, a lite doesn't work at half the brightness of the four I've only had for a year. How do I get a 5 year guarantee? Bought January 31, 2019, less than 18 months old. Is it far from 50,000 hours? Please send a replacement. Thank you for your review, this is not an answer I will accept.

Not even a year! in Lighting & Lighting Accessories

Almost 10 months later one of them failed! I want an email from this company ASAP and want it to be guaranteed. Honestly I liked these lights. They are a beautiful yellow and I have received many compliments. It's just sad that they couldn't even last a year. I will change my rating after the company emails me. To edit. After the company emailed back asking for a guarantee, did they try to force me to buy a single LED? What a guarantee! I will never buy from this company.
